These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur. 2. The Total Open Area includes (Park+Pu+Facility+Swm+Mobile Tower+Water Harvesting+Road+Road) is 32,821.14 Square meters 3. Mutation is attached under the tab "Legal title Report" 4.
