1. As per Township Policy 2010, 18 Plots (Plot No. 219, 220, 281, 285, 286, 287, 288, 289, 290, 291, 292, 293, 294, 295, 299, 300, 301, 302 ) having Total area 5774.02 Sq Mtr. of equalling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage. 2. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur. 3. The Total Open Area includes (Park+Facility+ SWM+MT+Toilet+Road+Zonal Road) is 44621.35 Square meters. 4. Plot No. C-1, C-6 to C-10, C-13 to C-26, C-29, C-32 to C-38 (Total 28 plots) belongs to JDA and would be sold by the JDA Only and these plots are recorded under the tab " plots proposed but not sanctioned". 5.
