1.As per Township Policy 2010, 09 Plots (Plot No. C-27, SA-02 TO SA-09) having Total area of 1903.95 Sq. Mtrs equaling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur. 2. The Total Open Area 13883.70 Square meters and the area related with Park 1441.60 Sqm + Public Utility area 443.36 Sqm + H.T. Line area 1296.14 Sqm + Parking 1364.32 Sqm + S.W.M 50.39 Sqm + M.T area 20.01 Sqm +PU Toilet area 10.00 Sqm + Road area 9257.88 Sqm. 3. The said Project Plot No. SA-01, SA-18, SA-37, C-34, C-35 effected by H.T. Lines, Hence allotment letter of these plots will be issued after NOC received from concerned Department. Therefore, as on date we have addressed these plots under proposed but not sanctioned category. We shall update information to RERA regarding these plot as and when lease deed will be issued. also these plots are updated and addressed as not yet approved for construction/Sale, under Allottee details. 4.with th referance to point no.3 we have received noc from jvvnl department on dated 19/02/2024. 5.Following plots have been mortgage free by J.D.A vide Letter No.D-810 Dated 29/05/2024 :- Mortgage Plot Free are as Follows: Plot No. C-27, SA-02 TO SA-09) totally 09 plots have been made mortgage Free by J.D.A.
