Mtrs equalling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur. 2. The Total Open Area 43024.46 Square meters and the area related with Retail Parking area 761.82 Sqm + Park 5275.86 Sqm + IOCL Line 5002.12 Sqm+ S.W.M 62.40 Sqm + Road area 30866.70 Sqm + ZDP Road 1055.56 Sqm 3. Public Utility 4819.02 Sqm + P.U. 10.00 Sqm + Mobile Tower 44.93 Sqm is not make part of Open Area 4.
