1. As per Township Policy 2010, 04 Plots (Plot No. 1, C1, C2, Retail Shop RC-1) having Total area of 2434.46 Sq. Mtrs equaling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage. 2. These plots will be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 3. The Total Open Area 12929.15 Sq.mtr. includes Park area (1614.60 Sq.Mtr.), Road area (7708.00 Sq.mtr.), 30 mtr. wide Road Surrender Area (1207.08 Sq.mtr.) and Facility Area(2399.47 Sq.mtr.). 4. A that as per township policy 2010, 04 Plots (Plot No. 1, C1, C2, Retail Shop RC-1) having Total area of 1694.94 Sq. Mtrs against 12.5% are now released by JDA wide letter dated 25-10-24. 5. Further it is noted that as per condition mentioned on approved layout point no.8 that plot No. 21, 22, 23, 26, C-1 ,C-2 , Retail Shop RC-1 ,L-3 ,L-4 ,L-5 ,L-16 ,E-9 ,E-10 ,E-11 and E-13 are those plots which are effected by L.T. line, therefore the lease deed of these plots will be issued after removal of L.T. line affecting these plots. Therefore presently the status of these plots i.e. plot no. 21, 22, 23, 26,L-3 ,L-4 ,L-5 ,L-16 ,E-9 ,E-10 ,E-11 and E-13 (remaining plot no. C-1 ,C-2 and Retail Shop RC-1 as they are mortgaged as per part of 12.5% inventory) are mentioned as "Not yet approved for construction/sale under the module of plots detail and further these plots have been also been shown under proposed but not sanctioned category. In future as and when these plots would be released by the local body i.e. JDA Jaipur, we shall update the status of these plots as under sanctioned category in rera accordingly. 6. as per condition mentioned on approved layout point no.8 that plot No. 21, 22, 23, 26, C-1 ,C-2 , Retail Shop RC-1 ,L-3 ,L-4 ,L-5 ,L-16 ,E-9 ,E-10 ,E-11 and E-13 are those plots which are effected by L.T Line . Now L.T Line Removed and JDA Issue Letter Dated 07.11.2024 for No- Objection of issuing lease deed plot No. 21, 22, 23, 26, C-1 ,C-2 , Retail Shop RC-1 ,L-3 ,L-4 ,L-5 ,L-16 ,E-9 ,E-10 ,E-11 and E-13.
