These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. The Total Open Area 7578.92 Sq.mtr. includes Park area (1484.80 Sq.Mtr.), S.W.M. area (50.00 SqMtr.), M.T. area (10.00 Sq.mtr.), H.T. LINE area (455.52 Sq. mtr.), facility area (1257.04 Sq.mtr.) Road(4321.56 Sq.mtr.,) 3. The total area as per records is 16200 sqmts but Total land area available on site is 14848 sqmts due to Land Loss Area 1352.00 Sq. Mtr. Therefore, the Total area of the project and Phase area is mentioned as 14848 sq.mts. 4. Since it is a plotted development project there is no parking details are required. 5. As that as per township policy 2010 9 Plots (Plot No. 336, 337, 338, 339, 340, 341, 385, 386, 387 ) having Total area of 908.61 Sq. Mtrs against 12.5% are now released by JDA vide letter dated 6-10-23.
