1.As per Township Policy 2010, 04 Plots (Plot No. C1, 16, 43, Retail Shop RC-01) having Total area of 2562.23 Sq. Mtrs equaling to 12.5% have been kept mortgage. 2. These plots will be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 3. The Total Open Area 18239.65 Sq.mtr. includes Park area (2756.22 Sq.Mtr.), Facility Area(710.30 Sq.mtr.), H.T Line Area(3636.49 Sq. Mtr.), Road area (7944.63 Sq.mtr.), 30 mtr. wide Road Surrender Area (507.42 Sq.mtr.)and Sector Road Area(2684.59 Sq. Mtr.). 4. As that as per township policy 2010 04 Plots (Plot No. C1, 16, 43, Retail Shop RC-01) having Total area of 2562.23 Sq. Mtrs against 12.5% are now released by JDA vide letter dated 25-10-24.
