1. A that as per township policy 2010, 02 Plots (Plot No. C1, 39) having Total area of 1640.44 Sq. Mtrs against 12.5% are now released by JDA wide letter dated 05-11-24. 2. As per condition mentioned on approved layout point no.6 that plot No. C-1, 32, 33, 38, 39 are those plots which are affected by electric line. Now electric Line Removed and JDA Issue Letter Dated 05.11.2024 for No- Objection of issuing lease deed plot No. C-1, 32, 33, 38 and 39. 3. as per Letter Dated 10.01.2025 Plot No. 1 to 10 is also Released and Now it has been Mentioned that Lease Deed of these Plots can be Issued by JDA. Therefore these Plots Also Made in Sanction Category. Plot No. S-1 belongs to JDA therefore it has kept under not sanction Category.
