Ltd. vide proposal number 08 dated 07-01-2013 by Gram Panchayat, Kesarpura. • Thereafter on 07-03-2022 semi constructed Building B & C (land admeasuring 2294.69 sq. mtr. of Khasra No. 141/1, 142/1 & 144/3) of Project Vrindavan Heights was purchased by M/s BCM Infraestate LLP from M/s Pretty Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. • Thereafter on 17-02-2023 maps for Building B & C are re-approved by Empaneled Architect in favor of promoter in accordance with maps approved by local authority on 07-01-2013. • In this application promoter M/s BCM Infraestate LLP has applied for RERA Registration of Building B & C of Project Vrindavan Heights for which lease deed issued by Nagar Palika Mandal, Sheoganj (Sirohi).
