1. As per Township Policy 2010, Plot no. 72, 73, 76, 77, 81, 82, 87, 88, 96, 97, 98 ( Total -11 plots & Total Area- 1365.05 Sq Mtrs) equal to 12.5% has been kept as mortgage under JDA. These plots would be allotted after the Internal development work of the project is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. Since it is a plotted development project no parking details are required. 3. The Total Open Area 6757.21 Square meters (includes 888.8 Sq Mtr for Park, 5868.41 Sq Mtr For Road), and as Solid waste management, Mobile Tower, and Public Utility are for Common use facility therefore same not included in the open area. 4. That we have not updated the new address of the firm with Registrar of Firms yet and we will update the same and submit the same in Hardcopy to the RERA Authority.
