Open Area of the project is 5198.35 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering Park area as 695 sq.mtr, raod area as 4503.35 sq.mtr. 2.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the JDA, jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 (Total mortgaged area 1168.59 sq.mtr.)
