In accordance with the understanding as per the registered development agreement dated 08/10/2021; the landowner has decided to retain his share of flats/units in the aforesaid project and those flats are 101, 102, 201, 202, 401, 402, 501 and the said units shall not be sold prior to the completion of the project and for the same an undertaking has been submitted.
