“VIRATRA ENCLAVE” is a Villas scheme for Group Housing Project approved under the Provision – 3B of the Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojana – 2015 under the provision of sub-section (3) of section 90-A of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956. The Lease Deeds [i.e. Patta(s)] for all the plots of Villas to be developed shall be obtained from the Urban Improvement Trust (UIT), Barmer, Rajasthan by M/S. Viratra Builder (the "Promoter") either in its own name or directly in the name of the buyer(s) (as the case may be) between the Actual Commencement Date and the Estimated Finish Date of the Project. For further clarification, the in-principle approvals such as (i) Conversion Order of Land u/s 90-A of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 issued dated 28-12-2018 and (ii) the project layout/building plan approved as per decision taken in layout/building plan CMJAY meeting dated 27-01-2020 and the same approved by Secretary, UIT, Barmer as on 09-09-2020, which are enclosed herewith.
