THE MAPS, THE AREA CALCULATIONS, THE BUILDING DIMENSIONS ARE BASED ON ACTUAL SITE LOCATION AREA I.E, 1180.58 SQ.MTR. AND THUS IT IS CONSIDERED FOR RERA PROJECT REGISTRATION AS WELL. ALSO, SUCH CALCULATION ERROR BEING BASED ON FORMULA ROUND OFF IS IGONRED HEREWITH. KINDLY TAKE A NOTE. NOTE 2) THE DEVELOPER HAS PROVISIONED A CLUB HOUSE ON THE STILT FLOOR OF THE BUILDING.
