As per the approved layout plan issued by Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur, remark put on the approved layout plan for Internal development in the scheme. 12.5 Percent of the total salable plots has been mortgaged by Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur, those plots are plot no. 8C, 101E, 101F, 101G, 23N, 23O, 23P total 7 plots admeasuring 1738.46 Sq. mtr. The total Scheme Area is 19893.91 sq. mtr. By mistake the total phase area was filled as 19915 sq. mtr now corrected as 19893.91 sq. mtr. 25% of Khatedar Commercial is not the part of this scheme. Total 37 plots admeasuring 5787.66 sq.yars are not the part of saleable inventory, those plots are plot no. 8A, 8B, 9B, 9A, 9, 22A, 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E, 23E, 23D, 23C, 23B, 23A, 23, 23F, 23G, 23T, 23Y, 22, 22A, 22B, 22C, 22D, 22E, 159, 157, 157C, 157D, 157E, 157F, 157G, 101A, 101B, 101C, 101D.As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
