The approving authority UIT Pali shall be recovering the amount payable on excess land as per rules, and for the purposes of this application, higher area of 39996 sqr meters has been considered. As per approved plan, Warehouse area is 21301.25 sqm (53.25%), Commercial area is 3969.28 sqm (9.92%), Common parking is 1990.80 sqm (5%), Informal Market is 555.05 sqm (1.39%), Road is 6898.15 sqm (17.25%), Facility Area is 1598.98 sqm (4%), Public Utility is 1599.17 sqm (4%), Park is 2000.01 sqm (5%) and MTP SWW area is 74.32 sqm (0.19%) total 39996 sqm. Out of 37 Warehousing plots, 4 plots and informal market all aggregating 2598.02 sqm have been mortgaged to UIT, Pali as per rules and the same ca be released only after completion of Internal Development work to the satisfaction of UIT, Pali.
