The plot area as per the JDA Patta, Approved Site Plan and Building Plan Approval in 1273.92 sq.mtr., however actual on-site area as per sanctioned building map is 1263.94 sq.mtr. i.e., actual construction area. However, for the registration purpose higher area i.e., 1273.92 sq.mtr. is considered. Kindly take a note.
