The Saleable Area of the project is 954.29 Sq. mtrs. which includes Residential [909.69 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [44.60 Sq. Mtrs.]. Total area approved as per the Nagar Parishad Sikar Letter and Approved map is 1302.00 Sq. Mtrs. The Bank accounts has been opened on the basis of the project name mentioned on Approval letter issued by the Nagar Parishad Sikar i.e. VINAYAK -CITY.
