About "VILLAS" BY SHUBHASHRAY

(1) "VILLAS" BY SHUBHASHRAY is a housing scheme for development of Plots, G+2 floors and G +1 Villa. It is hereby proposed to sell units as either three separate units on ground, first and second floor or one unit as G+1 villa with roof rights or a plot. The type design is approved for the plots. The plots, G+2 floors or G+1 villa maybe sold as per the standard design and specifications or may be customized as per the requirements of the clients within approved setback and height limits at the discretion of the promoter. As per building byelaws for plot sizes upto 90 sqm, only one scooter parking per plot is required to be given. Parking provision for one scooter is given within the plot setback line. So, no separate parking provision is given. Carpet area and built up area may depend on sale of plots, G or G+1. These details have been provided assuming as per type design.
