Copy of layout approval letter from jodhpur development authority is uploaded under others. Project is developed in phases & phase area is marked on map. Water supply permission from PHED will be applied in future and then uploaded. All approved drawings and maps are uploaded under copy of approval section. Rain water harvesting & fire fighting drawings will be uploaded in quaterly updation. The Estimated Finish date of the project was extended on 09-01-2020. This bears the approval of Honorable Chairman, before extension the estimated finish date was 31-12-2019. Agreement for Sale and Revised Maps with subsequent changes are updated on 20-03-2020. This bears the approval of the Honorable Chairman. Also w.r.t. the updated revised maps the phase area of the project will be read as 14771.94 sq.mt. instead of 13872.00As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
