12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are plot no. 4, 5 and 36. Open Area of the project is 3173.21 sq. meters which includes Road Area [2786.91 sq. meters], Mobile Tower [14.57 sq. meters] and area surrendered in Road [371.73 sq. meters].
