About VALENZA

1. It is to bring in the notice to all the STAKEHOLDERS that:- The promoters currently hold building permission from the JDA for the following structure: two basements, a plinth of 1.05 meters, a stilt of 5.70 meters, and a total of 33.77 meters for floors 1 to 11, along with an additional 7.75 meters for the machine room, resulting in a total height of 48.27 meters. Nevertheless, the promoters are planning to construct an additional four floors, for which an application is being submitted to the Government of Rajasthan. Currently all the Area Calculations & RERA Fees has been Deposited as per Aprroved Maps only. As Per Current Approval We have Pent Houses at 11th Floor but it will be shifted to 15th Floor after approval from GoR therefore Units of 1st to 10th Floor are mentioned as SANCTIONED & Units of 11th Floor to 15th Floor are mentioned under NOT-SANCTIONED Units. The promoters undertake to upload and notify RERA through Map Revison Module once permission for the additional four floors is granted and also undertake to not to construct and sale above the approved floors. It is also Specially made clear that Allotees are aware the promoter intends to obtain approval for the additional floors (12th to 15th floors) from the local authority with due approval of state government in due course for which consent from the allotee is deemed to be accorded by singing Agreement to Sale as per Form-G. No separate consent will be required from the allotees in this regard. 2. With the permission of RERA, project name has been changed from " VERISTO" to " VALENZA"; and all declarations, undertakings, agreements, and other documents executed by the promoter with " VERISTO as the name of this project will continue to hold good for this project now named as " VALENZA”
