1. That as per the RERA order dated 13-10-2020 No. F1 (184) RJ/RERA/CMJAY/2020/1569 dated 31.10.2020 for project registration developed under provision-3C of CMJAY,2015 we have applied under Group housing Project and that some plots (not exceeding 80% under any category(EWS/LIG/MIG) may be sold without constructing houses thereon. 2. That we will construct villa in each category i.e 6 EWS (i.e E-1 TO E-6), 10 LIG(i.e L-5 To L-14), 5 MIG (MIG-01 to MIG-05 ) which comprises 21 Villas (minimum we have given 20% in each category). 3. That Gross Built-up area for EWS/LIG/MIG is 2432.62 Sq Mt and in which the shop is not included as the plot will be sold and no construction will be done on such shop. 4. That we will construct villa on plot no.E-1 TO E-6, L-5 To L-14,MIG-1 TO MIG-05 having total gross built-up area 2432.62 Sq. Mtrs. Further all the remaining plot will be sold as a plot having total saleable area of 3855.43 Sq. Mtrs. 5. That in the field of TOTAL BUILT-UP AREA / SALEABLE AREA we have mentioned only gross built-up area pertaining to villas.As we discuss at the time of Revocation some of our allotees continue in our new project we are not position to allot the plot no.because the booking amount we received it is less than 10 %. After registration we will do ATS with them and updated in QPR status. Mr.Dheeraj soni take retriement from LLP as we shown at the time of promoter profile change. Facility area is not in open area , is 3482.82 sq. mtr (Park 490.04 + Mobile tower 10.82 + Road 2931.39 + Solid waste 50.57 in sq. mtr.).
