Meter, related to park is 1090.34 sq. meter, Related to M.T. 20 sq. meter, Related to P.U. 11.51 sq. meter and balance 8818.66 (2288.96+4400.30+2129.40) is related to ZDP road, Road and sector road area respectively. 3. Out of the total scheme area 18969.00 sq.mt., possession of the area 586.83 sq.mt. is not with the promoter/landowner. Therefore, the total and phase area of the project is 18382.17 sq.mt. which is applied for registration.
