About UTPAL

In this project total No. of Floors are Stilt + 14th Floor, out of which S+12 Floors are approved by the empanelled architect because as per CMJAY policy Empanelled architect is authorized to approve the CMJAY building plans up to 40 mtr height and in our case empanelled architect has approved upto 39.05 mtr height (Stilt+12 floor). The project consists of 100% LIG, EWS units and Commercial units which is as per the permissible limits of CMJAY provisions. The promoter intends to obtain permission for the remaining floors (13th and 14th floors) in the future and shall be intimated as and when permission is obtained from the competent authority. We have mentioned the units till 12th Floor under sanctioned category and the remaining units of 13th and 14th floor under not sanctioned category. The details like GBUA, Open Area, No of Floors, land and development cost etc are filled keeping in view the maximum no. of floor i.e. up to 14 which is Proposed in this project.
