1. The whole project will be developed in Phases. Out of total land of 27985 sq mts, for the first phase land of 14570 sq. mts will be used and the balance vacant land will be utilised by the Developer for the future phases. 2.The First Phase of the project includes a Hotel which will not be sold nor will be given on lease in near future by the promoter. The Hotel has been included in the Phase Area as it is constructed on same land on which Commercial Complex of Phase 1 is being constructed. The cost of the project does not include the cost of construction/development of Hotel. 3. The built up area of Phase 1 of the project includes the construction area of Hotel, but the cost of the project does not include the cost of construction/development of Hotel. Further Built Up Area of future phases of construction is not included in built up area as the same is not yet finalized. 4. The Open area has been calculated after considering the construction to be done in future phases as per existing bye laws. 5. No. of apartments is only for Phase 1 and does not include apartments /units for future phases. 6. Supplementary Lease Deed with RIICO has been uploaded under the Head of " Other Documents" 7.The development cost of the project has been changed from Rs. 1,00,00,00,000.00 to Rs. 150,00,00,000.00 on 30.08.2019.8. The Architect Details and Structural Engineer details have been changed on 30.08.2019. The detail of previous approved & revised maps approved on dated 07.08.2019 have been attached with approved letter under other approval as may be required and obtained for the project. the above mentioned details are being added on 30.08.2019.The details of separate bank account has been updated on 14/11/2019. Before the modification the details of earlier account was Account No. 50200025070041 of HDFC Bank Ltd Bank at 32,Kalka Ji,New Delhi. W.r.t. to the approval by the Hon'ble Chairman Rev.
