Following units design of LIG villa has been re-plan through Empanelled Architect:- 1. Unit type design of LIG villas ( V-41, 62, 63, 86, 87, 120 & 121) has been revised to LIG (TYPE-2) category (additional one bedroom and toilet at first floor). 2. Unit type design of LIG villas (V-1 to 5, 7 to 16, 19 to 38, 43 to 49, 51 to 60, 65 to 84, 89 to 98, 109 to 118, 123 to 132 (total 102 villas) has been revised to MIG-A (Type-1) 120 sq. mtrs. (61 nos.) 3. Unit type design of LIG villas (V-17, 18, 39, 42, 61, 64, 85, 88, 119 & 122) has been revised to MIG-A (Type-2) 105.91 sq. mtrs. (10 nos) 4. Unit type design of LIG villa (V-06) has been revised to MIG-A (Type-3) 90.12 sq. mtr. (01 no) 5. Unit type design of LIG villa (V-50) has been revised to MIG-A (Type-4) 118.62 sq. mtr. (01 no.)
