1)Intially we have wrongly submitted phase area 549.85 sqm now the corrected phase area should be read as 14,968.32 sqm for which the RERA registration has been applied for Block-K 2)All drawing is uploaded in Layout approval.document section. 3)For the said project i.e. Udhyan Apartment MIG-B (B+S+9) Sec. 21 E, Jodhpur DIV-I for which registartion has been applied is depicted by blue hatching which comprises of block K including road park & other common facilities however the area of Block L,M,N,O,P,Q,R & S depicted by pink hedging has been deducted from the same. 4)Additional fee i.e. 1,46,934.00 has been paid through RTGS according to new phase area. 5)Visitor parking is not provided. 6) Clear Floor Plan is uploaded in Building Sanction document section. 7) Due to technical error old copy of stilt floor plan and basement plan can not be replaced from Building Sanction document section henceforth the amended copy(corrected layout plan) of the same has been uploaded under copy of layout approval section and under apartment detail floor plan section and declaration of same is uploaded in other document section.As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
