The promoter is developing villas on individual plots therefore the same was not required to get it approved from the concerned authority i.e. JDA, as the area of all individual plots are less then 250 sq. mtr. and the same has been uploaded under signed and sealed with COA registered architect Mr. Peeyush Jain (CA/98/22471). Further since we are developing individual plots in the scheme, so there is no open/common area in the project.
