About UDB Sirsi Villas

In the project it is proposed to sell both plots as well as villas. Out of total 56 units the project comprises of 5 shops and of remaining units it is proposed to sell 9 units (Plot No. 1, 12, 27A, 28A, 42, 43, 44, 45 & 46) as plots and 42 units as villas. The villas may be sold as per the standard design and specifications or may be customized as per the requirements of the clients at the discretion of the promoter. As per the provisions of the Unified Building Bylaws, 2017, building plan approval for villas is not required since all plot sizes are less than 250 sq. mtr. in the project. 1 car parking has been provided with each villa of type 1 only and 4 two wheeler parking has been provided with each villa of type 2 only therefore there are 15 car parking and 120 two wheeler parking in the project to be allotted. There are only 2 type of prototype designs planned for villas.
