Jaipur Municipal Corporation (Heritage) vide their approval letter dated 02.02.2021 has granted permission for construction up to 32 meters height (Lower Basement + Upper basement + Stilt + 9Floors). We will be constructing the project upto Lower Basement + Upper basement + Stilt + 12 Floors, the approval of the same is pending from Competent Authority. However, all the details such as Gross built-up area, apartment type details, development cost has been mentioned considering the project upto Lower Basement + Upper basement + Stilt + 12 Floors. We will update the map on portal as soon as we will get these maps approved from Competent Authority.
