1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Bhiwadi Integrated Development Authority against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 22 to 24, 43, 82 to 84, 61, 103, 112 and informal commercial admeasuring 1802.53 SqM. 2.) In the project it is proposed to sell both plots as well Villa units. The units may be sold as per the standard design and specifications or may be customized as per the requirements of the clients at the discretion of the promoter.
