Company has proposed the project with 65 meters height and till the date it has got the sanctioned of 39.53 meters height, further the plans until 65 meters height has been sanctioned by Empowered committee of nagar nigam jaipur and forwarded to state government for height clearance. map until 65 meters height shall be released once it get clearance of height from state government. Map was approved for residential and commercial development on dated 08/05/17 for 39.53 mt height. Further as informed to RERA at the time of registration that we have applied for 65 mt height and we received IT from UDH for 64.84 mt height from 12th to 20th floor for hotel on dated 23/02/18 subsequently approval letter from JNN on dated 09/03/18. Hotel is not for sale and not liable to register but information about hotel and height approval has been informed to RERA and mentioned in all the sale deed of allottees. We informed RERA for the following information on dated 1/10/2020 vide receipt no 2637 1. Completion certificate 2. Occupancy cetficate 3. Payment receipt 4. JNN acknowledge ment 5. MAP APPROVAL LETTER FROM JNN ON DATED 08/05/17 FOR 39.53 MT.HEIGHT ( 3BASEMENTS+G+M+11 FLOOR 6. Map approval letter for hotel from UDH for 64.84mt height 7. Map approval letter from JNN on dated 09/03/18 for 64.84 mt.height ( 3basements+G+M+20 floor 8. Sample lease deed duly registered with subregistrar showing all the information about hotel and 64.84 mt height. Attaching all the documents for future record and reference.
