Mtr for Villas and the same has been mentioned as GBUA under the tab of TOTAL BUILT UP AREA / SALEABLE AREA and Ownership of Plot No. C-1, C-2, C-5, C-6, (JDA Commercial Plot ) Area 371.10 Sq. Mtr. is of JDA and will be sold by JDA only 2). Parking provision for the individual units has been made within the unit itself and number of parking (for category EWS 6 + LIG 30 + MIG-A 16) shown in the portal are based on the minimum number of units to be constructed as per provision 3C of the CMJAY-2015. 3).
