1. As per township policy-2010, 3 plots (Plot no. 9, 17, 29, having total area of 953.69 sq. mtrs.) equaling to 12.50% have been kept mortgage. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. The said project is under Plotted Development Scheme hence no parking details are required for the same.
