TOTAL AREA & Phase Area of project THE NEW DOOR is 7891.64 sq mtrs and Open Area is 1201.63 sq mtr. Additional Fee has been duly paid to the Rajasthan-RERA.As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
