Presently permission for construction has been granted by the JDA for Basement + Stilt Floor + 11th Floor. Promoter intends to obtain permission for additional floors i.e. 12th + Terrace floors in due course of time and necessary formalities like RERA Fee & details of apartments, GBUA etc has been furnished as per 2 Basements + stilt Floor + 12th Floors. Upon receipt of permission for the additional floor, it will be updated in RERA through map revision
