1.That Initially in maps dated 06.10.2023, permission for Basement+Stilt (Upper + Lower)+Ground+13th Floor was applied, however, permission has been granted by UIT Udaipur till Basement+StilT (Upper+Lower)+Ground+7th Floor. Now, in maps dated 08.08.2024, permission for 8TH TO 10TH FLOOR has been granted by the UIT Udaipur . Permission for 11th to 13th floor will be granted in near future, which we will update accordingly. 2. With the permission of RERA, project name has been changed from "MUNDRA ARC" to "The ARC by Mundra"; and all declarations, undertakings, agreements, and other documents executed by the promoter with "MUNDRA ARC" as the name of this project will continue to hold good for this project now named as "The ARC by Mundra".
