As this project is in chief minister awash yojana in scheme 3C in which plotted development is allowed subject to 20 % of the plots should be sold after construction of the building so we have kept 20% of EWS Plot and 20% LIG Plots for construction in Phase II for which we will apply for separate Rera registration.
