(1) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,29 admeasuring 1049.53 Sq. (2) Open area for the scheme is calculated as Park (677.70 sq. mtr.) + Road (4229.92 sq. mtr.) + SWM (50.01 Sq mtr.) + M.T. (10.0 sq mtr) = 4967.63 sq. mtr (3) That the area 2127.78 sq. mtr. is loss area out of total area 15681.00 sq. mtr. Hence, Scheme area is consider only 13553.22 sq. mtr. as per JDA approved MAP.
