Further Plot No 1, 19, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and the Retail Commercial will be sold by other Promoter Kedia Builders and Colonizers Pvt Ltd and sale consideration will be deposited in Escrow Account mentioned here for which other promoter submitted affidavit under "other approval tab". (2) Open area for the scheme is calculated as Park (680.85 sq. mtr.) + Road (4501.52 sq. mtr.) = 5182.37 sq. mtr.
