Since the property situated at GH-2,Shiv Vihar Scheme,Village-Mangyawas,Tehsil–Sanganer,Jaipur,on which the promoter is planning to develop &construct the project "Suvaas Utsav",was auctioned in favour of the promoter by JDA & as per Pt 11 of Auction Terms&Conditions of said property(Copy attached under "Project Approval Document" of "Documents Tab"),the promoter is not required to get the maps approved before starting the construction on said property &is required to submit an Affidavit in this regard to the concerned authorities (Copy of Affidavit also attached under "Project Approval Document" of "Documents Tab").The Promoter has complied with the conditions mentioned in the Pt 11 of Auction Terms&Conditions of said property &related documents have been duly uploaded in the RERA Application under the tab "Documents".Also, even though the promoter is not required to get the maps approved as per pt 11 of Auction Terms&Conditions,the promoter has applied for the maps approval,copy of which is also attached under "Project Approval Document" of "Documents Tab". Further,as per Pt. No. 5 of Circular No. ??????? ?.18(25) ?????/???????/2014 dated 27.06.2017 issued by Urban Development & Housing Department(Copy of the same attached under "Project Approval Document" of "Documents Tab")regarding Fire NOC,at the construction stage,instead of submitting Fire NOC,the promoter is only required to submit an Affidavit in this regard(Copy of the same attached under "Project Approval Document" of "Documents Tab"). However, the promoter has applied for Fire NOC, the application of which is also attached under “Documents” tab. With regard to EC, as per notification dated 14.09.2006 & 09.12.2016 respectively issued by Ministry of Environment,Forest &Climate Change,the projects having built up area of less than 20,000 sq. mtrs are not required to obtain EC & since the B.U.A. of our project is less than 20,000 sq. mtrs.,therefore,the requirement for EC is not applicable on said project.
