1) The plotted development scheme covers a total area of 10495.00 square meters, comprising 5845.18 square meters of saleable area, and 4649.82 square meters of open area. 2) The saleable area of 5845.18 square meters includes: 5845.18 square meters of Residential Plot Area. 3) The open area of 4649.82 square meters comprises: 3510.74 square meters of Road Area, 1139.08 square meters of Park Area and OCF Area. 4) In accordance with the Township Policy 2010, Residential Plot Nos. 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208 (total 17 plots), equivalent to 12.5% of the saleable area, are mortgaged with the Urban Improvement Trust (UIT), Bhilwara. These plots will be released upon completion of internal development works and payment of development charges to the Urban Improvement Trust (UIT), Bhilwara.
