Our Total land area is 20469.51 Sq.Mtr. in which 10644.15 Sq.Mtrs. (52% of total land area) was under Affordable Housing Policy (PPP Mode) which has already been completed and handover to UIT-Bhiwadi). Now, remaining 9825.36 Sq.Mtrs. (48%) is the Phase Area in the name of "Sunview Garden" being proposed for registration in RERA.
