1. As per Township Policy 2010, we have to mortgage 12.50 % plots, accordingly 5 Plots, Plot No. 13, 14, 16, 17 and 18 are kept mortgage with JDA. These Plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited with JDA. 2. The Open Area includes Park 290.86 sq. mtrs., S.W.M. 50.05 sq. mtrs., Mobile Tower 10.00 sq. mtrs., , Road 60 Mt. 480.63 sq. mtrs., Road 24 Mt. 265.33 sq. mtrs. and Road 1181.98 sq. mtrs. totalling 2278.85 sq. mtrs.
