As per point no. 10 of the Layout Plan, Plot No. 67 has been removed. 3.The Calculation of open area is calculated by considering Park/ Open Space- 800.01, Zonal Road- 1445.95, Road- 3913.19 as such total area calculated as 6159.15. 3. Sh. Sita Ram Chopra (proprietor Shukhija Construction) who is the POA Holder of Landowner Sh.
