The plot on which the project is being developed is situated in Niji Khatedari Scheme, Govind Vihar Prime, the plan of same is uploaded in other documents in project approval related documents. The project is being developed on the concept of service apartments therefore the allottee of service apartments shall use the same for investment purpose only and not for own residence purpose.
