As per the supplementary deed 20.03.2024, unit no. 303, 304, 510 & 511 are mortgaged between the developer and landowner and will only be sold after the completion of project. Therefore, accordingly these units are mentioned as Not Sanctioned with details in the Allottee details tab that “Not yet approved for construction/sale”
