Revision Anticipated As per Applicant request application w.r.t. Extension of Estimated Finished date and further to the approval of Hon'ble Chairman on 07-02-2020, the estimated finished date has been changed from 31-12-2019 to 31-03-2020.Therefore revised estimated finished date should be now read as 31-03-2020. Estimated finished date updated on 10-02-2020. earlier extension was done for 09 months from 31.03.2019 to 31.12.2019 further to this extension of 03 months have been done from 31.12.2019 to 31.03.2020. The Promoter shall obtain from the competent authority the requisite extension of validity of approved building plans and submit a copy thereof to the authority latest by 31.07.2020, failing which this certificate of extension shall stand withdrawn.
