Our Project “Solitaire 23” is a Villa development Project in which Promoter is only going to do the Construction & Development of Villas. Other External & Common Area Development work is carried out by Mr. Jitendra Chopra under their Plotted Development project known as “Chopra Enclave” which is registered with Raj. RERA Authority vide Registration No. RAJ/P/2022/2265.
